Adel El-Ghazzawy, M.D., F.A.C.S., is a board-certified general surgeon and a fellow of the American College of Surgeons who has practiced at Overlake Hospital Medical Center in Bellevue, Washington since 2001. Dr. El-Ghazzawy specializes in minimally invasive surgeries using advanced laparoscopic and robotic techniques. He and Dr. Eiji Minami have pioneered robotic general surgery in the Puget Sound area. Dr. El-Ghazzawy has also held several leadership positions at Overlake Hospital which include Trauma Medical Director, Credentials Committee Chair and Chair of Surgery.
