Proliance is committed to honoring the privacy of individuals who choose to use the Proliance website.  This Privacy Policy is intended to make you aware of the ways your personal information collected through the Proliance site is used and explain to you the steps we take to guard your information.

If you identify yourself to us by contacting us through the online inquiry form with questions or comments, we may use your personal information to respond to your questions or comments.  We may file your comments for future reference, or we may discard the information after we have reviewed it.  We will not sell, rent, or otherwise distribute your email address to any outside entity or organization, except as may be necessary in the course of our healthcare operations.
